Allaire Center Mission Statement

The Allaire Center was established based on the belief that there is a need for an alternative to the institutionalization of elderly individuals. It is our philosophy that if an elderly individual has a place that he or she can call home, and if that individual can continue to live in his or her home without risking the safety of himself or herself or other individuals residing in his or her home, then that elderly individual should continue to live in his or her home and not be institutionalized in a nursing home or another type of institution.

The mission of the Allaire Center is to provide elderly individuals with the services needed that will allow the elderly to continue to live in their community setting. The Allaire Center shall provide a high quality services program that promotes dignity, social interaction, and provides medical services that may prevent or delay the need for future institutionalization.

Our objective is to provide proper support services to those individuals who:

  • Are elderly and reside in the community

  • Have a physical or mental condition, and with the proper care and supervision at can avoid or delay institutional care

  • Require less than twenty-four hour care

The Allaire Center shall provide preventative, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to elderly individuals who choose to live at home. Services provided directly at the Center are dietary, nursing, activities, pharmaceutical, therapeutic counseling, dental, laboratory, medical, nutritional counseling, rehab services, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and radiological services. The Allaire Center also provides transportation services to and from the Center daily.
